Second man charged with murder of Coimbatore restaurateur in UK

A second man has been charged with the murder of Indian restaurant manager Vignesh Raman in Reading. Soiheem Hussain (27) of Rossby, Shinfield, appeared at Reading crown court on Monday charged with one count of murder in connection with the death of Vignesh Pattabi Raman (36), manager of South Indian restaurant Vel.
